Photo taken at 11/10 4:30 pm despite being a drought grass is soaking wet nearly 12 hours after watering as footprints show.
11/10 4:30 pm look closely water droplets still on grass!
With yard being wet all the time clover is everywhere growing out of control.
Hard to see hear but ground is so soggy that if you walk in the yard you sink in and actually leave footprints.
Over watering is causing numerous problems including excessive mold growth on fences.
Note the bow in the rails due to weight of the water!!!
Despite being new and cleaned fences are a mess due to over watering!
Even during low humidity, high winds and a drought over watering causes water to collect in bottom rail of fence. As a result extra weight causes fences to bend and blown grass clippings from lawn equipment causes grass to grow in the water within the bottom rails.
Watering is so excessive its actually killed the tree in front yard ... root rot!
This tree was planted in memory of my Dad and did well for 20 years until this past year with the excess watering!
Note the huge ruts the heavy lawn equipment leaves in soggy ground!!!
Some much water it even kills the grass!!!
Rake in picture for size reference.
Side of house is soggy. Equipment is heavy. Even a photo can show damage from the ruts!
Soggy ground allows sprinkler heads to move and when hit with heavy lawn equipment they do!
Sprinkler off the back patio head stays up and sprays the patio. Over watering with heavy equipment causes ground swell to encroach on patio and driveway. Trapping water on hard scape doing damage to them.
Another head between patio and AC unit doesn't recoil
Another misaligned sprinkler head. Rear right side of house.
